WHAT IS THE SNAPTEC SMART PLAN?

Simply put, all water purifiers require maintenance and filter changes. Unfortunately, this means that before Snaptec’s Smart Plan, customers only have 2 options, which is to pay a fixed monthly rental fee, or to pay when it is time to change filters.

Snaptec’s smart plan uses our patent pending water tracking technology to save costs for our customers by charging for only what is actually consumed.

For most households, this accounts for savings of 50% or more.

WILL I END UP PAYING MORE FOR HIGH CONSUMPTION?

In a word: NO.

This is because all of Snaptec’s Smart Plans have a price ceiling. This means that if your usage exceeds the price ceiling, you only need to pay that amount.

Take the Aurra Plus for example, the price ceiling is set at RM50, so no matter your usage at home, you will never pay more than RM50 a month!

WHAT DOES THE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE COVER?

It covers everything you would expect. Warranty, filter changes, and Aurra health checkups. 

Any errors in the Aurra are sent to us in real-time, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we are immediately alerted.

For filter changes, we will send the filters to your registered address every 3000 Litres. Alternatively, our Snaptec Care team can also go to your home to perform routine maintenance. (Klang Valley only until Covid19 is no longer a thing).
